At Be/Here, we know that navigating big feelings in a world that doesn’t always feel safe—especially as queer people—is exhausting. That’s why we’ve created this free Emotional Regulation Workshop: a gentle, welcoming space to slow down, learn some tools, and connect with others who get it.
This isn’t about “fixing” yourself. You’re not broken. This is about understanding how your nervous system works, how emotions move through the body, and what regulation can look like in real life—messy, human, and imperfect.
Together, we’ll explore:
What emotional regulation really means (spoiler: it’s not about being calm all the time)
Queer-affirming strategies to soothe overwhelm and reconnect with yourself
