🌈 Menopause & Mental Health Workshop

Menopause and peri-menopause are often spoken about only in terms of physical symptoms — hot flushes, sleep changes, or hormonal shifts. But what’s less talked about is the impact this stage of life can have on our mental health. For many people, menopause brings challenges around mood, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and relationships, all of which can feel isolating or overwhelming.


At Be/Here, we believe no one should have to navigate this journey alone. This free online workshop is designed as a safe, inclusive, and affirming space for anyone in the queer community experiencing menopause or peri-menopause, as well as those supporting someone who is.


Together, we’ll explore:

✨ Practical coping strategies to manage stress, anxiety, and mood changes
