This introductory session is designed to help organisations start the conversation with confidence. It offers a practical, accessible introduction to LGBTQIA+ mental health, workplace culture and inclusion, making it a strong first step for teams who want to build awareness and improve day-to-day practice.

The session focuses on supporting the mental health of LGBTQIA+ staff, strengthening psychological safety for LGBTQIA+ colleagues, and helping organisations move beyond policy into what affirming workplaces actually look like in practice.
