Our LGBTQIA+ Online Sessions are gentle, community-led spaces where you can show up exactly as you are. Each session focuses on a different theme, offering room for reflection, shared experiences, and connection — without pressure to speak if you don’t want to.

This session’s theme: Exploring Relationships

We’ll be holding space to explore relationships in all their forms — romantic, platonic, chosen family, dating, break-ups, boundaries, and everything in between. There’s no “right” way to do relationships, and this session centres curiosity, compassion, and lived experience.
