Clare Bradley is the founder of The Anger Management Coach. Having served for over 20 years in the police, Clare developed a deep understanding of emotional regulation, conflict resolution, and resilience. Through her own experiences, both personal and professional, Clare has made it her mission to help others navigate their emotional challenges and build the strength to overcome them.

Clare’s passion for working with people who struggle to manage their emotions, particularly anger, is deeply personal. After battling a gambling addiction that was triggered by medication prescribed for Restless Legs Syndrome, and being a victim of domestic abuse, Clare learned firsthand how crucial emotional regulation, conflict resolution, and resilience are in overcoming life’s toughest obstacles. Her journey wasn’t easy—fighting medical professionals to overcome her addiction and finding the strength to heal from the abuse shaped her commitment to helping others in similar struggles. She now channels this personal understanding into her work, supporting others as they build their emotional resilience and find balance.

Clare works one-on-one with individuals to help them recognise and manage their emotional triggers, using practical techniques such as anchoring and reframing. These tools not only support clients in managing stress and anger but also empower them to communicate more effectively, both in their personal relationships and in the workplace.

As an art therapist, my work involves using creative practices to access inner thoughts and feelings to aid with varied struggles including loss, depression, major life changes, new diagnoses and abuse. I am passionate about working and holding space for individuals who feel marginalised by society and are in need of a space to begin to heal and feel empowered.

I am confident in working with all age groups including under 18s and hold an enhanced DBS with capacity to visit schools/colleges for in person work in South Manchester.

As a queer therapist, personal life experience led me to research the effects of internalised homophobia on the mind and body; from this I gained insights in compassion focused therapy to work with shame and low self-esteem. This means that I may bring in a number of elements from my toolbox which includes mindfulness, movement and self portraiture work to best suit your needs.

Hi, I’m Craig. I’m an integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist, and Yoga Teacher, based in Manchester. I care about helping people navigate those sticky and uncomfortable moments in life. For most of my adult life, I’ve felt a pull towards the helping professions. This pull led me to the realms of counselling, psychotherapy and yoga. I’ve found the tools and skills from these realms transformative in my own development and growth, and in others.

Hi, I’m Vanessa (she/her) — part of the team here at Be/Here and proudly part of the queer community.

My background is in marketing and business, and over the years I’ve had the chance to work across a range of sectors. I started out in London, where one of my first big highlights was being part of the Microsoft Xbox launch. I also had the opportunity to train at Facebook HQ in Dublin, which deepened my passion and expertise in social media branding and marketing.

In 2020, I made a big shift and moved into the health and community sector, becoming the Community Engagement Lead for Answer Cancer — Greater Manchester’s cancer screening programme. One of the projects I’m most proud of is creating a queer cancer support document, which is now used across services nationally. Knowing it's making a difference means the world to me.

On a more personal note, my lived experience as a survivor of domestic violence and sexual assault has shaped so much of the work I do. Over the past five years, I’ve developed talks, workshops, and campaigns aimed at supporting fellow survivors, while also walking my own path of healing and resilience.

At Be/Here, I bring all of this — the professional, the personal, and the deeply human — into how I show up. I'm passionate about creating safer, affirming spaces for our community to be seen, heard, and supported.
