LGBTQIA+ Inclusion Training for Managers and Teams
This applied training offer is designed for organisations ready to move from awareness into action. It supports managers, HR teams, safeguarding leads and frontline leaders to respond more confidently, build psychologically safer teams, and embed inclusion into everyday workplace practice.

The workshop covers minority stress and trauma-informed understanding, helping participants recognise the real psychological and physical impact of discrimination, masking and chronic stress. It also explores how inclusion shows up in supervision, communication, and decision-making; how to create safer reporting and response systems; and how to move beyond “getting it right” toward more consistent, affirming workplace habits. Guided case studies and practical action planning help participants apply the learning in real situations.
