The workshop covers minority stress and trauma-informed understanding, helping participants recognise the real psychological and physical impact of discrimination, masking and chronic stress. It also explores how inclusion shows up in supervision, communication, and decision-making; how to create safer reporting and response systems; and how to move beyond “getting it right” toward more consistent, affirming workplace habits.
