Retained LGBTQIA+ workplace training and advisory support

This level can include multi-session training programmes combining Levels 1 and 2, regular workshops on topics such as emotional regulation, neurodiversity and burnout, leadership coaching and advisory support, policy review with real-world implementation guidance, drop-in staff wellbeing sessions, and optional one-to-one support pathways or referrals.
