Welcoming Jaye to Be/Here

Hi everyone,
I’m really proud to share some lovely news with you.
Jaye Jones has joined Be/Here as a therapist and director.
Jaye uses they/them pronouns and is a counsellor and psychotherapist bringing lived experience as a queer, non-binary and neurodivergent person into their work. Their practice is integrative, neuro-affirmative and person-centred, with a strong focus on creating a space where people do not have to filter, edit or justify who they are.
This matters deeply to us at Be/Here.
We know that finding the right therapist can feel hard, especially when you are LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, questioning, healing, burnt out, navigating trauma, or simply tired of having to explain the basics of who you are before the real work can even begin.
Jaye’s approach is collaborative, gentle and grounded. They draw on evidence-based practice while making sure therapy is shaped around the person in front of them, not a fixed model or one-size-fits-all idea of care.
Jaye is based in Stockport, Greater Manchester, and also works in the Leeds area, and offers remote therapy across the UK.
As Be/Here continues to grow, having Jaye join us as both a therapist and director strengthens our commitment to ethical, community-rooted, LGBTQIA+ mental health support. This is about building a service where our community can feel properly seen, supported and understood.
We are so pleased to welcome Jaye into this next chapter of Be/Here.
You can find out more about therapy with Be/Here on our website, or get in touch if you would like to explore whether working with Jaye feels like the right fit for you.
